So @Elmachuca and I were sharing a quick afterwork beer today and suddenly realized we had never published this gem. Oops.
So from way back in February, we bring you the third and final podcast of the ”Hangin’ with Tha Co-op” series hosted by Black Star Co-op.
Jeff Young had to bail, but luckily for us, he was replaced by Mr. Chris Booth, who had a good amount of input for these nearly 30 minutes of discussion dedicated to “What is a Gastropub?” Yeah, remember that feature from the Spring guide?
We hash out several of the questions and issues we had wt defining a gastropub and identifying who might be a gastropub in Austin.
This podcast is pretty dated, but still good. We joke about it not coming out until May! Wow, we were way off. So dated we even tell some Katrina stories.
